Our life experiences allow us to gain knowledge that can be valuable to others. You have a unique opportunity as a Certified Peer Specialist to support others who are facing similar challenges. Peers on our platform offer up their real-life experiences paired with some compassionate words of encouragement to help others feel more seen and heard. This is a one-time project to pay it forward. Helping others couldn’t be easier!

Preparing to record your experiences.
When preparing to record your initial experience you may be stumped on where to start. Here are a few prompts to get you started (please note that you are not limited to these prompts):
